This project involved the removal of an existing four-car garage to make way for two modern ADUs. The garages were fully reframed and converted into livable spaces, with a repitched roof to accommodate code-required insulation and improve energy efficiency. The result is two comfortable, high-performing units that maximize the property’s potential for rental income.
