Faced with the challenge of a very narrow lot, we worked creatively to design and build an ADU that maximized space while adhering to city setback requirements. The exterior was finished in lap siding to seamlessly match the main structure, creating a cohesive look. Inside, we carried over the finishes from the primary building to ensure a consistent and harmonious aesthetic throughout the property.
