This project transformed two existing garages into stylish ADU units, requiring extensive underpinning of the foundations and reframing to meet current building codes. We collaborated closely with the client to select finishes and interior colors that balanced aesthetics with functionality. The result is two modern, code-compliant living spaces that seamlessly integrate with the property’s overall design.
